Reader’s Choice: The Sequel – Loved Or Hated It?

When it comes to one of the worse movies of all time, nothing takes the honey like “Honey” staring Jessica Alba.
What were the people who made this film thinking?

“Honey” seemed to pop up at the same time dance movies in general were becoming popular. With that said, following the same trend as everyone else doesn’t always bode well for everyone. In this case, the dancing trend definitely didn’t help those behind “Honey.”

In addition to having a terrible plot and script, the acting in “Honey” isn’t anything to rave about either. While Jessica Alba has already been in a ton of movies in her young career, unfortunately she just doesn’t seem to have the acting chops to lead a movie on her own.

The lack of quality acting shouldn’t rest solely on Alba’s shoulders either. The entire cast in this movie delivers a less than par performance. Add this to Alba’s lack of talent, and “Honey” quickly turns to mush.

Although the movie “Honey” has a great premise, the fact it is lacking in all the other important areas of what makes a movie good is enough to make it one of the worse films of this decade.
